This page is a draft for review, not a finalized policy. Publisher details, contact information, and release-specific practices must be confirmed before publication.

1. Notes & calculations

The current app saves its note library on your device and performs ordinary calculations locally. Notes may include text, amounts, tags, people, and images you choose to add. Exporting or sharing a note sends the content to the destination you select.

Supported release builds use on-device Apple Intelligence for language-model features. The final policy will confirm the behavior of all features included in the published app, including any future device synchronization.

2. Connected services

The app retrieves public information such as exchange rates, Bitcoin prices, and inflation tables from external data providers. The current implementation requests public datasets rather than uploading the contents of your notes for these calculations.

Network requests reveal connection information, such as an IP address, to the receiving service. Each provider handles that information under its own policies. The final policy will identify the applicable providers and retention practices.

3. Purchases

The app integrates RevenueCat to manage subscription access and restore purchases. Apple processes App Store payments. Purchase records, subscription status, app-user identifiers, and technical information may be processed to provide these functions.

See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy for information about that provider. Exact production configuration and applicable retention periods must be confirmed before this policy is published.

4. This website

This version of the website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not include a tracking service. The example calculator runs in your browser without sending the expression to a server. Fonts and design images are served with the site.

A hosting provider may process standard connection logs when serving a page. The hosting provider, log retention, and any future analytics will be described in the final policy.

5. Your choices

You can export your notes and use the app’s deletion controls to remove local content. Notes in Recently Deleted can be restored or permanently deleted. Copies you export or share must be managed at their destination. Purchase records held by Apple or a subscription provider are separate from your local note library.

The final policy will explain how to submit privacy requests, the rights that apply in your region, and any legal obligations to retain information.

6. Contact & updates

The data controller’s name, address, and privacy contact will be added before publication. The finalized policy will also specify its effective date, relevant legal bases, retention periods, and any international processing arrangements.
