This page is a draft for review, not a finalized policy. Publisher details, contact information, and release-specific practices must be confirmed before publication.

1. Using Figure Out

Figure Out is a calculation notepad for Mac, iPhone, and iPad. Use it to write notes, work through calculations, and organize your numbers. Use the app lawfully and respect the rights of others.

App Store downloads are subject to the license terms supplied with the app. Where no custom license is supplied, see Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

2. Your content

Your notes and the content you create remain yours. You are responsible for the material you import, share, or export, and for keeping backups of important work. Deleting a note or removing the app may affect access to locally stored content.

3. Purchases & subscriptions

Available plans, prices, billing periods, and any trial terms are shown before you confirm a purchase. Purchases through the App Store are handled by Apple. Recurring plans renew under the terms presented at checkout until canceled.

You can manage or cancel an Apple-billed subscription through your Apple account. Follow Apple’s subscription cancellation instructions. Removing the app does not itself cancel a subscription.

4. Calculations & external data

Results depend on your input, available data, and the app’s interpretation of your words. Exchange rates, inflation data, estimates, and generated answers may change or contain errors. Check inputs and results before relying on them for important decisions.

Figure Out is a calculation tool and does not provide professional financial, tax, legal, or other advice. Third-party data sources may have their own terms and availability limits.

5. Availability & updates

Features can vary by device, operating system, plan, and available services. Updates may change features or supported formats. Details about personal data are described in the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these draft terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Contact

The publisher’s legal name, address, and support contact will be added here before these terms are finalized.
